Blood Hunter rises

August 6, 2007 (IGN / David McCutcheon) -- On October 9, 2007, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will release Rise: Blood Hunter on rated and unrated DVD. Lucy Liu stars as an investigative reporter than teams up with a detective (Michael Chiklis) to take out a vampire cult in Los Angeles.


The unrated version will feature 25 minutes of never-before-seen footage. It will feature bonus materials and extra features, and will be available for the MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) of $24.96.

The Rise: Blood Hunter DVD will feature the following bonus materials:

  • Four Storyboard to Screen Comparisons
  • Four Behind-the-Scenes mini featurettes including interviews with the Rise: Blood Hunter talent and crew
