Vampire teenager Monami tries to win over her high school crush by turning him into a bloodsucker. But when his girlfriend Keiko confronts Monami, she's killed by the powerful vampire. Keiko's mad scientist father then pieces her back together, along with some improvements, so she can exact her revenge against the boyfriend-stealing vampire.
