The film is about a vampire who works for a covert division of Homeland Security; his mission is to infiltrate terrorist cells and dispatch them. A rogue cop knows of the vampire's existence and will stop at nothing to kill him. They meet several times and engage in violent combat, but soon after, the vampire must team up with the cop to destroy the most notorious terrorist in the Middle East, who has nefarious plans for the U.S. Based on the short film by the same director.
